I purchased two of these trikes and was surprised to see they were very well built. The assembly was fairly easy and I had both trikes together and running within four hours. My wife noticed a minor dent on the rear fender of her trike. She also found that being a short person it was difficult to get up on the seat. I adjusted the seat to the lowest position but she still had problems getting on it. I contacted the seller and spoke with a person named Hank. I related the problem with the dented fender. Hank told me that a new fender would be sent out on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no hassles to get a new fender. I asked Hank if there was anything I could do to lower the seat. He asked how many inches would I need to lower. I replied maybe two or three inches. He related there was a seat post that could be installed under the existing seat which would give an extra several inches lower and would send me one along with the fender. I was surprised that this company and Hank would go the extra mile to accommodate my needs with no fuss or muss. If this company made other products which I would need, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it and have the confidence that if any problems occurred it would be remedied without a hassle.

I felt like this was the best deal for an adult tricycle. When looking for bikes pay attention on shipping. Shipping on tricycles can be around $400. With Prime this bike shipped free and has extras like baskets and minors that other tricycles at the same price range do not have.This tricycle has a very cool fat look to it and rides nice. I was able to buy an extra battery from there website and was able to talk with an associate to make sure I got the right battery for this tricycle.Check out my picture of me and my granddaughter. I added the cart to pull her around with no problems. She loves it! I have added a second cart (not pictured) behind the one in the picture to make kind of a train. No problem pedaling the kids around. I can't wait to take the bike on camping trip at the beach and lake.

When my wife was in a bad car wreck, after 18 months of hospitals and rehabilitation, walking is still laborious and painful with a cane. Enter the NARRAK Electric Tricycle. Walking down the newly installed ramp at our front door to her new mobility at the bottom, she exclaimed, ''What a beautiful bike! (she meant trike). Due to her stiff knees she had to have me raise the seat , then placing her feet on the peddles, with a twist of the handle she was off! ''Oh, I don't know if I can peddle this, oh my knees'' ''You can do it Love, try!'' I exclaimed. She made one rotation then another and her knees began to relax. A look of wonder and sheer joy crossed her face as the potentials filled her mind, ''Now I can go with you guys down to the creek.'' (a mile away on a flat road) she exclaimed. Tears threatened to splash down my cheeks as I saw how happy this wonderful trike affected her. Thank you Narrak! The electric peddle assist can be calibrated to give just the right amount of push to allow the person to peddle in the grassy fields and pathways all around our farm and it feels like you are doing it , not just riding an electric scooter. The wide, fat tires lend great stability. The sturdy baskets are just waiting to be filled with gardening supplies and tools. The Trike is so well built we are planning attach a small trailer to it to bring in our harvests from the Large garden. Since the Narrak arrived, The Love of my life has been riding it around the circumference of our farm, probably a quarter mile, every day after breakfast and then again after lunch. I walk beside her just to make sure in the breaking in stage, and I'm starting to notice she's beginning to make me huff and puff a little to keep up. You go girl! Lately when we arrive back at the ramp at home I ask '' You want to go for another round?'' ''Hew eyes light up and she exclaims, ''Oh, yeah, could we?! This is so fun!!'' And off we go, her knees are rapidly improving in ways they never would have without this trike. On the trike she's not handicapped but is experiencing all the joy of a kid on their first bike. And I have to almost trot to keep up. I guess I'll get in shape too. Thanks Narrik, I think you can see that what you have done for our lives is nothing short of Transformational!

We purchased this one for him, and we're both very, very pleased with the quality of the product. We had some initial issues with it when we got it, part of the battery was damaged, presumably during shipping, and there were some electronic issues with it as well. Customer service has shipped out a replacement part for the part that was damaged, and we reached out to customer service for help with fixing the electronic issues. They were very quick in helping us get it fixed. The trike works flawlessly now, and I highly recommend this product. If you're in the market for an electric tricycle, I highly encourage you to get this one. the product is spectacular, the customer service and tech support is amazing, and the value for the money is awesome. Five well-earned stars!

I have had this Narrak eBike about 3 weeks. I've got another eBike so I have something to compare this one to. Where to begin? I love this bike. I started out looking for a folding ebike and came across this on Amazon. The reviews on Amazon were excellent and the price is super affordable so I went for it. I had one immediate upgrade I wanted to do and that had to do with the gearing. I was ghost pedaling at PAS 3 and even some in PAS 2. I don't like that "clown pedaling" feeling. So I did some research and ended up getting a 48T front chain ring. The Narrak comes with a 40T front chain ring which is quite small. The rear flywheel is a Shamano 14-28T which I have kept the same. Just going to a larger front ring has made the gearing much nicer. I have no ghost pedaling up to about 18 mph and can pedal in PAS 4 to get that. I thought about upgrading the rear flywheel to an 11-28T which would give me better pedaling at the highest speeds PAS 4-5. However, that would come at a cost of higher gearing in the mid range. And I like my mid range where it is now and love the low range too. I ride in some hilly, mountainous areas and this bike gets me up and down like a pro. I like to pedal myself but will use throttle on challenging areas. I don't know if ebikers realize that when you do some pedaling your battery lasts way longer than if your are at full speed throttle the entire ride. That is not my style and I am getting good mileage on the battery so far. Not sure yet how far I can go but this bike is not that hard to ride at 0 PAS so I feel I could always get home on it. I think it's going to get around 45 miles on a charge if I push it that far. I put some Flat Out in the tires and that's another key I used on my other bike. Gotta have it. Stuff lasts the life of the tire. The ride is very smooth and balanced. The 4x20" tires are great. I have 4x26 on my other bike and like the wide tires. I can ride Narrak with no hands which shows that it is well balanced bike. That's another important thing for me. It makes the ride like a super glide. I also really like the size of this bike. My other bike is really tall. I'm 5'8" and this bike is so easy for me to get on and off. The adjustable seat has springs and works well. And I did fold the bike up and put it in my car and it fit in the back. Pretty cool feature. I also have a rack which is what I use most of the time but it's good to know you can make this bike into small bike. So there you have it. I'm an experienced eBiker, and mountain biker and this bike lets me go where I want to go. Happy trails all!
