We absolutely love this etrike so much that we are getting another one so we can ride together. The ONLY thing I wish it had was reverse. I’m 5’1” and it’s a bit tall but Hank from customer service is sending me a new seat post! We had a small problem with the sprocket being dented on shipping but Hank is sending a new one. We researched MANY etrikes and NARRAK has so many great features. It’s rated #1 for seniors too! We are 72 & 68. It came with both baskets and mirrors. I’ll update if there are any cons after we ride it a bit.

Great Bike. I really like the large back basket, ease of operation/controls/etc.., large tires which make for a smooth ride, and hydraulic breaks work great. The customer service department has been super. They worked with me when I had questions during bike assembly. They were very responsive when a part was defective and replaced it immediately. I recommend this Narrak 3 wheel bike to older people (I'm 91). It is easy to ride and very stable.

Preliminary review. Fast shipping and the box it came in was in great shape. Opened the box and they did a fabulous job with tons of foam between the parts that probley took more time to remove than it took to put the trike together. It came with a good in color instruction manual ! Most people that have been around bikes wouldn't even need the manual it was that simple to put together. In my opinion the build quality is top shelf meaning the welds , paint etc. are great . Got my first 5 mile test and tune ride in and I'm very happy with this trike. Time will tell and I might have to come back and alter this review but so far it's a no brainer just go ahead pull the trigger and buy this trike !

I've had the Narrak eBike for three weeks and love it! I wanted a folding eBike and found this highly rated, affordable option on Amazon. The ride is smooth, stable, and well-balanced—even hands-free. My only upgrade was swapping the 40T front chainring for a 48T to eliminate ghost pedaling, making the gearing much better up to 18 mph. The 4x20” fat tires handle hills well, and I get great mileage—likely around 45 miles with pedaling. It’s comfortable, easy to ride at 0 PAS, folds to fit in my car, and is a perfect size for my 5’8” frame. Whether on city streets or trails, this bike performs like a pro!

The bike is great overall with plenty of speed, a loud horn, and satisfying motor noises. However, the brakes take a while to break in and feel slow—requiring 20–50 feet to stop—and they aren’t automatic. Changing the seat means you might need a different seat rod. Although it fits well for a 5'3" rider, its size makes it less ideal for apartment living, especially when moving it upstairs. Additionally, the bike seems to stick in 3rd gear; attempts to shift to 1st or 2nd result in clanking noises and poor pedaling, and it’s generally harder to pedal compared to other bikes. Despite these drawbacks, the reviewer still loves the bike overall.
