Bike is a ton of fun. Seller has been fantastic. Had a little issue with the headlight connector (damaged prongs), contacted the seller and he responded lightening fast and resolved the problem really quickly. Sent out replacement parts right away. Highly recommend the product AND the seller.

This is my second ebike. Love the fold up design as it allows me to stick it in my trunk and take it anywhere I go. Much more comfortable that my last ebike. The tires, shock and soft seat add up to a really comfortable ride. Climbed about 2,000 feet last weekend on a gravel road. Bike performed very well. At the price point, I would definitely recommend this bike. Nice that it comes with a mirror and the controller/display is very easy to reconfigure. Assembly took about 10 minutes.

This is an excellent e-bike. I found the assembly instructions were accurate and the customer service representative had reached out to me even before I received the e-bike, to see if I have any questions and to offer assistance if I do. This e-bike meets all of my needs and is reliable so far. I would definitely purchase another e-bike from Narrak if I need to, and highly recommend this company.

5 days after delivery, we found it easy to assemble if you're equipped for it and know bikes. I didn't look for any instructions. Appreciated the $50 discount toward shipping cost and that it includes the rearview mirror and rack. Great ride, feels solid with 250 lb rider, handles a bit differently than our Rad Mini foldable. Will do a follow-up after riding ut a month.

I just got my new bike assembled today and went for a long ride it’s perfect so far there is nothing o would change the instructions were great even though we hardly looked at them because it’s so easy to assembly!
