This trike is EXCELLENT! The build is SUPERB! I can’t think of a place where MFG. could have done better! It is like a fine sports car in every detail. I purchased one in white and it absolutely looks classy plus it can be seen easily. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The trike is easy to handle and runs like a scalded dog! . I dealt with Hank and John in their Customer Service and those two guys could't have been better. They know their business and they were eager to help and both were extremely nice! I would say give them a raise in pay! Good guys! If I could use two trikes, I would have already orderd the second one! I highly recommend this trike to you! At this time you can get a real deal on the trike and I would say…Buy one you will be glaaaddd that you did!

Very impressive trike. I bought this to be used daily in a Chemical Plant, where it is put to work and carries a toolbox on the back. Very comfortable, sturdy and has a great ride. We have some older ones with thin wheels, everyone is jealous of this little beast. Looks good too. Great value and built well. Performs well.

Assembly - The trike arrived in excellent condition. User manual print is a good size, but pictures could be larger. Still, it’s in good English and easy to follow. It took me only a day’s time to un-box, read the manual and finish assembly with provided tools. After that, I ran it with rear wheels raised off the floor, using the display selection switch (left handlebar) to help me learn to run it, simulator fashion. There are a large number of running options, but I’ll just discuss the ones most important to off-road use here. Design - 1) There are four drive options: 750 watt motor-only, manual pedals, pedal assist (PAS) in five speed ranges up to 20 MPH, plus “walking mode”. 2) “Walking mode” speed is 1.9 MPH (less on a steep grade) by my display. 3) Peddling in PAS starts the motor, or you can twist the throttle slowly to run (factory default allows either). 4) Pedals (right axel) and motor (left axel) connect on opposite sides of the differential. In PAS, if one wheel loses traction, the other wheel stays fully powered. But when using only pedals or motor, just the wheel on its own side of the axel has full power: the differential acts like a “slipping clutch” to send reduced torque to the other wheel. 5) The 4-inch wide tires are good on wet surfaces and up to 3 or 4 inches of snow. 6) I’m 83, and the trike weighs 110 lbs., but I can lift the front or back halves to move it, go up steps or get it into my truck with ramps after I lift the front wheel to the tailgate. 8) The trike is 5ft 9 inches long, so fits in my 6 ½-foot pickup bed without folding. Off-Road – 1) Lock the brake when parked. 2) Ride clear trails if possible. Debris or weeds can jam up the trike’s 7-speed derailleur near the ground. The motor drive is higher, so motor-only is OK to use, but only the left wheel will have full power. 3) To allow PAS mode and full power to both wheels, I mounted a plastic apron below the drives for protection. 4) PAS is critical in snow, and on uneven or very steep trails. 5) Speed settings are actually power levels. For very steep trails, use high PAS numbers. 6) Don’t expect fast acceleration out of this trike - it’s more like a tractor than a race car, but it runs silently: great for not disturbing nature. 7) You’ll get a good workout peddling uphill if you’re not really fit. But add the motor via PAS mode, and it’s a breeze. 8) I recommend this trike. I’ve seen no other E-trike in this price range that’s as well suited for my needs. Enjoy your rides and be safe!

Ok, this is not a paid review, I don’t do those. Get this. I ordered the bike Wednesday and it was delivered Thursday. I live in Nevada and it came from California but still, that is just fast. I had a small problem with one of the nuts on the front wheel however the problem was rectified right away and I was riding in no time. Once again bravo for not wasting any time getting back to me. About the bike. I got the red one and it looks like it’s going fast just sitting there. And it is fast! I was surprised at just how quick it is. Assembly took me a little longer than I thought it would but I haven’t fooled around with a bicycle in quite a few years. Bottom line. This is a really well made bike that seems like it it’s worth a lot more than what I paid for. Safety tip, if you have never ridden a three wheeler or it’s been a long time practice and get familar with how the bike handles especially in corners. That’s all Enjoy.

I’m 80. I bought this to get some exercise peddling it around the neighborhood. The electric pedal assist was to be used if I ran out of energy and needed help getting home. Took me and an eight year old neighbor kid a good part of the day to get it out of the box and put together. It’s good quality and well built. The instructions are fine but the photos they reference are mostly worthless. Arrows point to things in the photo you can’t really make out. But, we managed to get it put together without too much cussing from the eight year old. I then charged it for six hours. I just rode around the block and it is fast. I didn’t let it go over 12 mph but I felt I was flying. 12 mph is fast on a tricycle! I still haven’t figured out how to set the brake nor have I done much peddling. I’m too busy letting it take me where I want to go. More later if it disappoints me!

I have 4 BIG dogs and am no longer able to walk them as long as they need to be walked. An etrike, because of the stability, was the answer. This trike is well made with what seems like quality components. It was super easy to put together. It had a comfortable ride and plenty of power. I like the fact the seat has a back on it for some lumbar support although the seat bottom was a bit hard. No kidding, there is a very real possibility of blisters on your bum if you overdo it too soon! The option of an upgraded seat would be nice. Larger rearview mirrors would be nice as well. These complaints though are easily fixed though. I had such fun riding the the bike and my dogs love it! The largest dog is 100# and when he zigged as I zagged the bike hardly moved. Very good stability. Smooth riding over gravel and asphalt back roads. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to pedal without the power assist. It was nice to have the power assist when those darn little dogs came out to chase me. I easily left them in the dust. I think the price for this bike is exceptional when you look at many of the other offerings out there. It does NOT have a reverse gear or a parking brake if you are looking for those features. I highly reccomend this bike.

Great Bike. I really like the large back basket, ease of operation/controls/etc.., large tires which make for a smooth ride, and hydraulic breaks work great. The customer service department has been super. They worked with me when I had questions during bike assembly. They were very responsive when a part was defective and replaced it immediately. I recommend this Narrak 3 wheel bike to older people (I'm 91). It is easy to ride and very stable.

Very well built, comfortable, and fun to ride 3-wheel electric bike. Plenty of power and speed for casual use and appealing to look it. The shipping box was well padded with the bike folded neatly inside with no scratches or damage. The bike came about 90% assembled and took about an hour to complete and ready to ride. I researched several 3-wheel bikes before deciding on this one and feel I made the right choice. Be careful … everybody’s going to want to ride it!

The purchase of the tricycle through Amazon was easily accomplished and the bicycle arrived in a timely manner. It was packaged perfectly. I opened the pkg the trike exceeded my expectations for quality, appearances and value. It was assembled easily by good, clear directions and was ready to be ridden within two hours. When my wife was in a bad car wreck, after 18 months of hospitals and rehabilitation, walking is still laborious and painful with a cane. Enter the NARRAK Electric Tricycle. Walking down the newly installed ramp at our front door to her new mobility at the bottom, she exclaimed, ''What a beautiful bike! (she meant trike). Due to her stiff knees she had to have me raise the seat , then placing her feet on the peddles, with a twist of the handle she was off! ''Oh, I don't know if I can peddle this, oh my knees'' ''You can do it Love, try!'' I exclaimed. She made one rotation then another and her knees began to relax. A look of wonder and sheer joy crossed her face as the potentials filled her mind, ''Now I can go with you guys down to the creek.'' (a mile away on a flat road) she exclaimed. Tears threatened to splash down my cheeks as I saw how happy this wonderful trike affected her. Thank you Narrak! The electric peddle assist can be calibrated to give just the right amount of push to allow the person to peddle in the grassy fields and pathways all around our farm and it feels like you are doing it , not just riding an electric scooter. The wide, fat tires lend great stability. The sturdy baskets are just waiting to be filled with gardening supplies and tools. The Trike is so well built we are planning attach a small trailer to it to bring in our harvests from the Large garden. Since the Narrak arrived, The Love of my life has been riding it around the circumference of our farm, probably a quarter mile, every day after breakfast and then again after lunch. I walk beside her just to make sure in the breaking in stage, and I'm starting to notice she's beginning to make me huff and puff a little to keep up. You go girl! Lately when we arrive back at the ramp at home I ask '' You want to go for another round?'' ''Hew eyes light up and she exclaims, ''Oh, yeah, could we?! This is so fun!!'' And off we go, her knees are rapidly improving in ways they never would have without this trike. On the trike she's not handicapped but is experiencing all the joy of a kid on their first bike. And I have to almost trot to keep up. I guess I'll get in shape too. Thanks Narrik, I think you can see that what you have done for our lives is nothing short of Transformational!

I'm 86 and need to exercise. My Dr. has me on meds that lower my heart rate. She told me to just do what i could and not worrry about trying to reach some aerobic goal. So my husband purchased this Narrak electric tricycle. I am very proud of it. It works just like it is supposed to. I can peddle, use PAS or all electric. Very sturdy. The only thing that, for me, was a problem was the seat. I found a noseless seat with a back rest from another company as Narrak did not have one. Three times we called Narrak to discuss certain things that I didn't understand and they were most gracious and answered the phone personally and explained in detail what I needed to know. I have been housebound for a long time and now I can run errands, go to the swimming pool or just enjoy the beautiful parklike atmosphere where we live. Thanks Narrak.....GOOD JOB.
